Operations Management


As seasoned leaders in hotel operations, we have managed all aspects of revenue, P&L, and asset maintenance across a portfolio of 100 hotels in Southeast Asia and Australasia, employing 8,000 associates and generating over AUD one billion in revenue. As Chairman of the Enabling Employers Network under Singapore's Enabling Masterplan, have been a pivotal force in advancing employment opportunities for persons with disabilities, operating under the Ministry of Community Development, Youth & Sports. Experience developing significant initiatives, including the Centre for Training & Integration and the Singapore National Enabling Awards, creating over 1,000 job opportunities and significantly boosting employment of persons with disabilities to over 10% of the workforce in several hotels. Our leadership influenced multiple regions, promoting workplace diversity and inclusiveness and outstanding CSR credentials.

  • Appointed to Chair the Enabling Employers Network, Singapore Governments Enabling Masterplan to champion and advance the employment opportunities for persons with disabilities, under the auspices of the Ministry of Community Development, Youth & Sports.
